I’m an energetic and results-oriented interim and program manager with extensive experience in organizational change and strategy execution. I work with organizations that want to innovate or need to improve. I combine a business-minded perspective with genuine attention to people.

I have a proven track record in scaling, professionalizing and positioning companies — both in corporate environments and the SME segment. My strength lies in connecting strategy to execution and building teams that achieve sustainable results. I believe in collaboration, I encourage and motivate people, I am open to feedback and focused on shared growth. Clear goals, action-oriented execution and direct communication form the core of my leadership. I also believe that change is only sustainable when employees understand why it is needed and take ownership themselves.

Background:

After holding leadership roles at Rabobank, ING and Nationale-Nederlanden, I have been working as an independent consultant and interim manager in various sectors since 2021. I help companies and social organizations create structure, define focus and successfully implement transitions.

I live in Haarlem, I’m married and father of two children. I studied Corporate Law. I enjoy sports (bootcamp, tennis and golf) and love spending time outdoors. In addition, I’m active as a board member and supervisor within several social organizations.
